Measurement and Evaluation 

Teachers regularly and continuously measure and evaluate students’ performance in teaching-learning activities by using diverse assessment techniques, e.g., asking questions, observing, examining homework, assessing projects, tasks/assignments and portfolios, and using written tests, etc.

One of the example, Teacher asked the students one by one to remember the material, especially in this meeting the students should remember the parts of human's brain and the function of it. If the students could, then teacher will give the score
